An Excellent Rental

My husband and I enjoyed our week in this well-equipped, clean, comfortable chalet very much. Its location is lovely; its views are stunning. The hiking trails that begin in the village of Grachen are awesome. It also proved a great base for day trips to Zermatt. This chalet far exceeded our expectations. Its owner made the entire process very easy; we hope to return.

Schnee Eule

Enjoyed our stay in Grachen. Chalet was well equipped, very clean, beds were comfortable, and grocery stores and bakeries were only a few minutes walk. Trails leading to beautiful forest walk were also about a 5 minute walk away. Views from chalet of town and mountains were gorgeous!! Grachen is not well situated for getting in and out of quickly, since its so far up the mountain, but the views make the drive worthwhile. It's best to try to arrive during daylight hours - we arrived very late at night and it was too dark to read the chalet names, making it very difficult to find. GPS was useless since Grachen doesn't use street numbers, just the chalet names. The owner had provided a map but our iPad did not recognize the program, so make sure you print the map out or convert it to a format you can read on electronic devices. But despite the drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay!

Sorry about the GPS problem, on my map, there should be the GPS latitude and longitude numbers, but you have to be part engineer to use this strategy. We hope you had a good time and, yes there are only house names and no numbers. We hope to see you again.

Bonjour,Chalet très propre, agréable avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes.Propriétaire réactive et accessible rapidement.Séjour vraiment tip top !Juste l'accès pas évident en arrivant de nuit, mais nous avons trouvé facilement des personnes pour nous aider.Je recommande sincèrement ce chalet !!!

Au calme tout en étant accessible aux infrastructures des commerces, du domaine skiable et du réseau de randonnées. Nous avons vu des écureuils et des chamois. Le chalet est confortable et bien équipé. Merci aux propriétaires

Prachtig huis op mooie locatie, maar ...

Het is een mooi huis. Goed onderhouden en schoon. Alles was voorhanden en aan niets een gebrek. Prachtige plek om de omgeving te verkennen en wandelingen te maken. Wel 3 kanttekeningen voor 4 volwassenen: - zijn de bedden op de 2e kamer te klein; - zou er een aparte ruimte voor toilet moeten zijn; - er is een zitbad (hoge rand) waarin je moet douchen. Dit is erg oncomfortabel en risicovol. Advies: pas alle drie zo spoedig mogelijk aan. Toilet kan in berging worden ingebouwd met een deur in de keuken.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Unsere Woche war sehr schön. Jeden Tag Wandern und am Abend auf der Terrasse sitzen und die letzten Sonnenstrahlen genießen.

Unser Aufenthalt dauerte ursprünglich vom 3.6. - 17.6.2023. Dann haben wir diesen aber noch um eine Woche verlängert, also bis zu 24.6.2023. Ein Ruhepol am schönen Lärchenwald gelegen

Im sehr ruhig gelegenen und gemütlichen Chalet haben wir uns sehr gut erholt. In wenigen Schritten ist man mitten im schönen Lärchenwald mit den Bewässerungsgräben (Suonen), welche Generationen von Bergbauern vom alpinen Riedgletscher durch den Lärchenwald bis zu ihren Weiden und Äckern angelegt haben und auch heute noch aktiv betreiben, um die Fruchtbarkeit im regenarmen Gebiet zu gewährleisten. Kurze und einfache bis sehr ausgedehnte und anspruchsvolle Wanderungen in vielfältiger Vegetation und Fauna sind gleichermassen möglich und erfrischen Geist und Seele.

Schöne Auszeit in Grächen

Wir haben das Chalet Schnee Eule anhand der vorab zugesandten Beschreibung sehr gut gefunden. Die Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem guten Zustand und mit guter Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts, im Gegenteil, es war viel mehr vorhanden als wir erwartet hatten. Somit hatten wir einen rundum schönen Urlaub im Chalet Schnee Eule. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank an die Vermieterin Pia Middione, dass wir diese schöne Zeit in Grächen verbringen konnten.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette maison. L'intérieur est spacieux, la partie salon est très agréable et lumineuse. Très belle vue. Jardin et emplacement de la maison en bordure de forêt bien appréciable avec les enfants. Départs à pied pour faire des balades.

Prachtige locatie en mooi chalet

Het chalet is mooi gelegen en nagenoeg van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is uitstekend en goed bereikbaar. Heerlijke week gehad in een prachtige rustige omgeving. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die van rust en wandelen houdt!

Großartig

Wir waren ausgesprochen gerne in der „Schnee Eule“. Von der Terrasse und selbst aus den Fenstern kann man den weiten Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge, die wie an einer Kette aufgereiht sind, genießen. Abends ist wegen der Lage lange hell. Oberhalb des Grundstücks kann man direkt im Wald einen Wanderpfad entlang einer Suone betreten und losgehen. Unterhalb des Hauses liegt Grächen. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Sehr schön!

geen uitleg over exacte plaats, adres geen uitleg over sleuteloverdracht bij aankomst moesten we nog bellen met vrbo omdat er niemand was eer we toen iemand aan de bel kregen waren we weer een uur verder en dat kan niet , voor ons zeker geen vrbo meer

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
