As a guest of Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort, you'll enjoy access to exceptional resort amenities, including an Olympic-sized heated swimming pool, championship tennis and pickleball courts, beautifully landscaped grounds, and 1,000 feet of private beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. With breathtaking sunsets and exclusive direct beach access, this charming cottage provides the perfect setting for a memorable lakeside getaway.

Gateway 49 currently rents on Saturdays; however, beginning in 2027, it will rent on Fridays.
