Geheel gemoderniseerde cottage op met een riante buitenruimte. Veel rust en ruimte! Bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig contact met de eigenaar/beheerder. Le Perche is een vriendelijke streek met veel leuke dorpjes.

Pour qui aime la campagne, l'endroit est superbe et au calme ! Les enfants (7 et 5 ans) ont adoré explorer et jouer dans cette "ferme hors d'usage": imaginer la traite des vaches, paturer dans les prés. Il nous a quand meme fallu oser en tant que parent leur laisser cette liberté car l'espace est vraiment géant. Le verger a cette saison a ete un regale (mirabelle, mures, framboises, début du raisin).

Belle situation dans parc naturel du Perche

Entre le Mans et Chartres, il y a plein d'activités disponibles... circuits des châteaux, des monastères, belles promenades à faire dans des forêts ... etc... Quant à la propriété, elle est conforme à la description. La literie est moderne et confortable, belle cuisine, table et barbecue dans le jardin. Et le point ++, c'est bien le calme et la tranquillité. La propriété est en cours de rénovation, mais je ne doute pas de l'amélioration de certains points.

Au plus près de la campagne du Perche

Semaine reposante en famille dans la ferme devenue gîte, l’étang de carpe a fait le bonheur de notre petit fils (entouré de grillage) quelques fruits du vergers pour agrémenter les repas, de belles balades, de beaux villages, un petit tour à la bonne fourchette à Chapelle-Souëf (repas fait maison par Lionel)
