LES JARDINS DE NEPTUNE residence - secure with a communal swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September (subject to change), a children's play area (playground, table tennis, basketball court, etc.), discover this holiday rental for 4 people.
38 m² maisonette with terrace equipped with garden furniture, awning and electric barbecue.
The accommodation is on two levels and comprises:
Ground floor: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc., a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, TV, and storage cupboard.
Only the ground floor has air conditioning - fan upstairs.
The rental has WiFi (Netflix and Canal+ access).
No washing machine, but there is a laundrette in the residence where tokens can be purchased.
Parking is available on the street (parking spaces in the two streets adjacent to the residence).
There are many activities on offer near the residence, including exploring the port and its attractions, the beach, shopping and sporting activities.
A wonderful holiday awaits!

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
We accept Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers.
