1 Bedroom Villa with private screened in porch and short walk to the beach!

Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! There is a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to accommodate 2 other guests ( up to 2 children only please) for a max occupancy of 4 guests. This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital security doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. RBL23-000220

Our second spring staying in this beautiful condo! Kiawah is a magical place to vacation and this condo is a great way to experience it. Central location. Close to the beach, The Nest, and all the great biking paths with a screened in porch in the tree tops waiting for you at home. Clean and very comfy. The living room immediately feels like home! And for the record, in two weeks I didn’t see a single bug. Shame on those visitors for permanently posting photos in these reviews. Kiawah is an island made of jungle and marshes and sand and I’ve seen first hand preventative extermination to keep everyone comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions although we hardly had any. Very pleasant and accommodating!

My child and I had an incredible getaway to this property! It was clean, comfortable, and delightful from start to finish! The beach is a short and beautiful walk away and we appreciate the use of the wagon to tote our beach chairs and supplies! A beautiful stay - we would definitely return!

The check in was easy. The unit was clean and in a quiet convenient location. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. As a suggestion, It would have been nice to have coffee pods provided as well as detergent for washing clothes. Would definitely stay in again.
