In search of a peaceful place to stay during your time at the beach? Treat yourself to a beach vacation at Three C’s 102 – Surfsong. Located just across from the beach in a cozy and comfortable space, our condo rental in Gulf Shores, Alabama is just the place to be on vacation.

Pack the car, grab your flip flops, and come on down! This two-bedroom condo has enough space for six guests and is fully furnished with everything you’ll need on vacation. The ground floor location at Three C’s 102 allows you to sit out on the patio in the mornings and look out onto the pool, where you will undoubtedly spend many moments soaking up some warm Alabama sunshine. You’ll even be able to catch a fresh Gulf breeze blowing in from the nearby beach! With upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliances, showing off your culinary skills on vacation has never been easier. You’ll also enjoy free Wi-Fi to stay connected with loved ones back home, as well as a washer and dryer to keep your clothes and beach towels fresh and clean.

Great experience

All aspects of this rental experience were great. All information needed for the property were clear and delivered professionally. The rental was just as described and had everything we needed. Beautiful, quiet place to stay!

Beach feel

So many other listings were drab and lifeless. This rental felt very beachy with the decor. Nicely done. Everything worked great.

We enjoyed our stay

Overall, our stay here was nice. The place was very clean and modern. When we arrived, our air conditioner was not blowing cold air, and it was 85 degrees in the unit. It took around 4 hours to resolve the problem, which is likely as fast as the busy repairman could get there. No problems after that. Our parking tags were not on our counter as stated. A property manager brought them by. Also the pull-out couch had one pillow case and one sheet as covering. We happened upon it in a rubbermaid under the master bed. A blanket would be nice. Thankfully my son brought a sleeping bag. Also I would have brought coffee pods if I'd know there was a Keurig. The condo info suggested to bring filters and ground coffee. Aside from this, we had a nice stay here.

Three C's 102

This property was serviceable for our family and had most things needed for a short stay in terms of kitchen items, linens, etc. It should probably be adverstised as accomodations for 4 people instead of 6 as it is very small. Would be perfect for 4 adults or 2 adults / 2 children. The fold out bed in the living room is incredibly uncomfortable and not suited for adults. The property needs a little love for minor things: trim is coming away from wall near dining table and has large finishing nail sticking out; closet doors in bedroom #2 are difficult to close; clothes dryer is not functioning properly (it will work but needs to run for at least two drying times). Overall - the property is serviceable for a short get-away and Southern was responsive to a few minor issues we had with stove/refrigerator. The location is fairly close to beach access but plan to drive for anything else. Pool is incredibly small and we only used it when no other quests were there. It is too small to use with other quests.

Nice stay

This place was very clean. It was great for our family trip. There was about a 3-5 min walk to the beach so I would definitely recommend a beach wagon!

Not thoroughly cleaned and broken appliance

Garbage disposal was broken when we arrived, hangers hanging in restroom, man’s shirt under and stuff animal under bed. To me it wasn’t properly cleaned if those were left behind

PG World Series stay

We were in town for the perfect game World Series and this was a great value for the price. Close walk to the beach and 12-35 minute drive to the fields that were being used. Only hiccup we had was another patron somehow opening our door early one morning, mistaking our condo for theirs.

Nice little condo

The condo was very clean and what minor issues we had had very fast responses from owners. Convenient walk to beach. Only downfall was the upstairs neighbor was extremely loud and the beds are awful! Ohher than that was a nice stay

It was a great experience!

We had trouble with air the first day.called management and they fixed the issue that day! Access to the beach would be better to be able to go through the pool exit..but not that Inconvenient at all!

Beach trip

The property was very nice and it was clean and well-kept. The location was perfect it was right across the street from the beach. The only problem we had was the checking in process. We have a child with special needs and usually have a much easier time getting in to the place that we are staying. We stood outside and waited on the property to be unlocked for several hours and were told that it was being cleaned and wasn’t ready even though we watched them clean it long before they told us it was ready.
