The house is located in the immediate vicinity of La Flotte's centre, shops, and beach.
The villa is comfortable and features a bright living room/lounge opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
Parking available on the property for two vehicles with a fast electric vehicle charging point.

Bedroom 1 with a double bed 140x200 and a private bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90x200 that can be joined to create a double bed 160x200, with private bathroom.

The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.
Our pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature is also impacted by climate: a warm climate increases pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases pool water temperature.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
