Sublet for a spacious, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with common room and kitchen space in the Bancroft Luxury Apartment building in Saginaw, MI. Has all utilities included in addition to wi-fi, cable, parking, in-building washer/dryer and gym with pets allowed in unit. Furnishings are inherent to unit. Pictured unit is offered unit. My lease is through June 30th, 2021 however I had to leave the unit in early April, 2021. Thus the full months of May and June are available for rent with opportunity to move in starting mid-April. You will have the first opportunity to renew the lease past June should you wish.
Only full month rentals of both May and June are considered with move in opportunity during April. I am no longer in MI so the sublease paperwork would be conducted through Bancroft staff who will perform their own brief approval process and charge a small application fee. Monthly billing will be conducted by Bancroft staff. The unit is $1750/month but I will to go to $1250/month. Interested individuals should contact me.
