The detached mountain cabin, built in 1988 and renovated in 2015, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Mariánská, 840 mASL. The mountain hut is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This comfortably furnished holiday home is situated in the lower part of the town, 4 km south of the spa town Jáchymov. Access is via a path (unpaved, length 30 m). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking on the street in front of the house. Parking in winter 30 m from the house.
