The detached mountain cabin, built in 1988 and renovated in 2015, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.


Your holiday house
Your mountain cottage consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your mountain cottage can be heated with electric heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, TV, video, DVD, radio and CD. You have access to the balcony to the terrace. Dining room with (appropriate only for children under 3 years) and 1 baby bed, lounge and dinette. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the balcony to the terrace with garden furniture, 2 tables and 8 chairs. Kitchen with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, refrigerator (80 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the balcony to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
In addition, your mountain cottage is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Mariánská, 840 mASL. The mountain hut is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This comfortably furnished holiday home is situated in the lower part of the town, 4 km south of the spa town Jáchymov. Access is via a path (unpaved, length 30 m). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking on the street in front of the house. Parking in winter 30 m from the house.
