The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is located in an old terraced house with 3 apartments. The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor/attic. The house is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property and in the locality (1000 m).
