Only 300 from the beach, in the first row of dunes, this beautiful vacation home is situated on a 4000 m² dune plot with sea view. The cottage is built of red masonry and is 186 m². The white interior walls are plastered and the ceilings are made of pine wood. The floor is covered with brick tiles and has underfloor heating, there are carpets in the 5 bedrooms. The well-equipped kitchen has, among other things, dishwasher and microwave. From the spacious and attractively furnished living room you can access the large east terrace as well as the pool room with 20 m² swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool for 2 persons. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms with washing machine and dryer in one - in both bathrooms there is of course underfloor heating. The house is suitable for a joint vacation of several families due to its generous dimensions and comprehensive equipment.
