House with private pool with magnificent views of the Clunysois valley.

Enchanting site and panorama! Authentic Mâconnaise farmhouse with character featuring a beautiful private 11x5m swimming pool (gently sloping with a safety step all around) open from May to October (weather permitting), replaced by the wellness area with a 6-person spa heated to 37°C and a sauna (4-person) which is located in a veranda when the pool is closed (possibility of adding the spa or sauna (or both) as an option in addition to the pool for the rest of the year) & a pleasant private garden of 400m² - located in a charming little rural village overlooking the Clunysois and Lyonnais valleys. The ground floor (accessed via a stone staircase) comprises a living area with a sofa (sleeping two additional people), a massage chair, and an open-plan kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, food processor, wine cooler, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, induction hob, etc.) and dining area. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom (accessed via four steps) with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Upstairs (accessed by stairs) there are two more bedrooms with 160x200 beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Outside you will find a sheltered garden lounge, a garden and sun loungers around the pool for relaxation.
We are equipped with fibre optics with very good speed to allow for teleworking.
