Residence: Semi-detached chalets composed of a chalet completely renovated in 2022, and a new chalet, are located on the road between the village of Crest-Voland and Le Cernix, 600m from the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes and the ski school. The village of Crest Voland is located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 connected village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to fully enjoy their vacation. This chalet, close to the village center, benefits from a privileged location to have everything within reach: shops, entertainment, ski slopes. The charm, authenticity and friendliness of this village resort will seduce you. In summer, you will not only be 600m from children's games but also close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Logère chairlift, open 5 days a week, gives you easy access to the most beautiful panoramas of Mont Blanc and the Aravis. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 10km away. The Val d'Arly and its surroundings have many quality restaurants, starred or not. You will appreciate the proximity of several places to visit nearby such as Chamonix, Megève and Annecy.



Accommodation: Early Chalet. New adjoining chalet, ideal for 4 people. Located halfway between Crest-Voland and Cernix, you'll love its west terrace with stunning mountain views.With a surface of about 30m2 on two floors, it offers quality services. Attention, it is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility because the ceiling height is low for access to the mezzanine room (see photos). Description: *1ER LEVEL: a laundry area with washing machine/dryer, storage and freezer. A living room with an open kitchen equipped with induction plates, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and a living area. On the same level you will find a double bedroom (160 bed) with storage, a bathroom with shower.*2ND LEVEL - MEZZANINE: second night space with two single beds, (ceiling height 1.80m max).*Private parking space in the garage and ski locker with dry shoes.*Literry equipped with duvets and pillows.*Ski-room space shared in the garage, with dry shoes common to both accommodations.*WIFI and Internet TV*Pets not accepted.
