This lovely wooden holiday home with sea view is located in beautiful Spodsbjerg. It is situated on a newly parceled plot. The house has wooden and clinker floors and it is brightly decorated with modern furniture and all imaginable comforts. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a whirlpool and a sauna. Outside there is a 67 m² terrace, 8 m² of which is covered. Here you can relax well in the open air. You will also find a fish cleaning place here. It is only about 1 km to the harbor in Spodsbjerg and 7.4 km to Rudkøbing. There you will find ice cream kiosk, stores and restaurants.
