Balcony, common ground. Ski Albiez on-site. Body of water located at 200 m. Contemporary Chalet style at the foot of the slopes. Quiet residential area in the heart of a charming hamlet. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Very cosy. Double balcony. Nice landscaped common. Beautiful unobstructed view of the slopes and the mountains. All amenities on site. Gîte opposite the ski slopes of Albiez-Montrond (35km of slopes), 11km from St Jean d'Arves linking Domaine les Sybelles (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310km of slopes). Authentic village on a very well exposed plateau, between mountain pastures and forests, at the foot of the famous and very characteristic Aiguilles d'Arves. Nordic area with free access with cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding and sledding! Many walks and hikes from the cottage and on the plateau of the Arvan valley. Circuits with topo for cyclists and mountain bikers. Near the Col de la Croix de Fer, at the foot of the Etendard glacier. Body of water at the Col du Mollard. Important cultural, architectural and religious heritage. Ideal for lovers of unspoiled nature and wide open spaces!
