Gite in the owner's house, on the ground floor (independent access via about ten external steps) comprising an entrance hall, a living room (a sofa bed for 2 people), a kitchen area, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm ) with bathroom (shower and WC), a master bedroom separated by a wooden partition with a sleeping area (2 single bunk beds 70x190 cm, preferably for children) and a mezzanine under the roof with total height under 1.80m (1 bed 140x190 cm on base without foot), a bathroom (shower and WC). Tiered garden. Lots of charm and character for this cottage where wood and stone give it a warm character, like a mountain refuge. At the foot of legendary mountain resorts and alpine passes, its privileged location allows you to radiate like a star to visit the region or discover different ski resorts. Shops and services in St Michel de Maurienne are open all year round. Bicycles and skis can be stored in a room. At the end of the winding road, ending in a dead end, nestles the cottage of La Tour, in its haven of greenery with its terraced garden. After a day of skiing or hiking, it is good to relax, comfortably seated in front of the fireplace or enjoy sunbathing on the terrace.
