Dazzling waterfront home with HEATED saltwater pool in Tampa Bay

Dolphins and Manatees in your backyard! That’s all I needed to hear when purchasing this home. Luckily it has SO much more to offer for those who aren’t as impressed with these playful mammals.
Like the oversized dock with 3 adirondack chairs (bring your boat or rent one near by & tie on), tandem & single kayak, the saltwater pool that is ALWAYS heated with plenty of floaties and pool toys, gas grill, giant jenga, even an outdoor television! This is just the outdoor fun! The pool area is screened in and there are also 3 ceiling fans outside for those hot Florida days. Along with mood lighting to match the vibes for the evening. The backyard is western facing so you will have the Florida sunshine long into the evening (so important in my opinion), with plenty of shade from the lanai and pool umbrella.


Find your way to the indoor living space and you’ll find a sparkling clean kitchen with views for days. With the high end induction stovetop you’ll make some of the most evenly cooked eggs you could imagine. Then knock twice on the viewing window of the refrigerator to see which mixer you want to grab before opening the door and don’t forget the ice globe from the freezer! If you hear a loud thud, it’s just the ice balls dropping. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar has 3 stools, if you want to eat indoors but there is also plenty of seating to dine alfresco. Just off the kitchen you’ll find seating and entertainment with a smart TV, XBOX, bumper pool, and foosball. We also include free lightning fast WiFi and a printer because we know your work is never done. In the other shared living space you find another 50” smart tv and an oversized sectional (that comfortably sleeps 2) for cozy movie nights.
The master bedroom is privately located on one side of the house with a king size Purple Premier Hybrid mattress (the most comfortable sleep I have EVER gotten). A private bathroom and a large walk-in shower. You also have access to the pool via sliding glass door. Smart TV as well.
The other two bedrooms and bathroom are situated on the opposite end of the home with a pocket door for privacy. One bedroom has a queen Purple Premier Hybrid mattress, views of the canal and pool, with a sliding glass door to access the pool. The other bedroom has 2 twin XL beds with pillowy Dr. OZ mattresses and gorgeous views of the canal. Both rooms have smart TVs. Then we have the shared bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront community where most are in bed by 10pm. Fishing or lounging by the pool all day, wipes a person out! We want to respect our neighbors and mandate a 10pm quiet time. If a neighbor calls to complain, you will be asked to vacate the property. That being said, no parties or smoking of any kind is allowed. Respect is all we ask for. This is our future forever home and really don't want to be on anyone's bad side. Some in the community are pushing hard to ban vacation rentals. We would be FOREVER grateful if you would do your best in helping us show them that not all vacation rentals are treated the same and that most humans are honest, respectable people, looking for a new and fun or relaxing experience!

There are security cameras on the outside of the property to monitor activity for our protection and yours.

If you are looking to explore outside of Apollo Beach, there is an unlimited amount of fun to be had, in any direction you choose to go!
You can reach Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-grille Beach, Reddington Beach, Anna Maria Island or Venice Beach, by boat or car, all in under an hour.
If you like to scuba dive, there are plenty of springs nearby or Venice Beach has many charters that go a few miles off the coast for fossil dives; find a Megalodon tooth in the shark tooth capital of the world!
