A charming house, recently renovated in a cozy-chic style, located in downtown Illiers-Combray, 100 meters from the home of Marcel Proust’s Aunt Léonie and a 5-minute walk from the Pré Catelan, a peaceful spot perfect for a stroll! The A11 highway exit is located on the outskirts of town, putting Paris just 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Alternatively, the town is accessible via the D921 or by train; the train station is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby towns: Chartres, Nogent-le-Rotrou, Châteaudun, Brou. Local shops include a bakery, a deli, restaurants, and other businesses.

Nous sommes venus pour le mariage de notre fils. Maison très agréable et très propre. Des hôtes à l’écoute de notre bien etre et très gentil. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Une semaine au pied de la maison de Marcel Proust

Un petit Sweet home où il ne manquait rien pour pouvoir s’installer rapidement et confortablement, idéalement situé, calme absolu, ambiance zen et une hôtesse qui s’inquiète régulièrement de savoir si tout va bien …. Merci beaucoup !
