Our exquisite luxury retreat is located in the gated retirement community of Picacho Hills in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers breathtaking views of the Las Cruces city lights and the majestic Organ Mountains.

Important Property Rules:
• Primary guest must be 30 years or older, as this is a retirement community.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY.
Any evidence of smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or cigarette disposal on the property will result in an additional $1,000 cleaning and remediation fee.

Enhanced Cleaning & Guest Safety:
COVID-19 enhanced cleaning and safety measures are implemented at this property. High-touch surfaces are disinfected between stays, linens and towels are washed in hot water, and guest self check-in/check-out is available for your convenience and safety.

We love this home because of its peaceful setting and proximity to incredible outdoor activities. Picacho Peak hiking trails are only 15 minutes away, offering scenic views of the Mesilla Valley and Organ Mountains, along with trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.

Historic Mesilla, New Mexico — just 12 minutes away — is famous for its rich Wild West history, adobe architecture, unique shops, restaurants, and cultural events.

Billy the Kid’s trial was even held there.
