The holiday home, built in 1998 and renovated in 2020, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Barbecue and children's playground are available for shared use.

BALBER018 (4+1P) and BALBER115 (6+1P) are located on the same property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
