Welcome to Lézinadou, a quiet hamlet located 3 km from La Pointe de La Torche, a mecca for surfing in Brittany.
This house can accommodate 14 people.
It has just been renovated after 3 years of work with noble materials such as wood, stone, lime, hemp and cork.
It is divided into 2 parts each comprising 3 or 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room and 2 toilets.
6 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, including 4 bedrooms with 2 separable mattresses to make 2 single beds. A seventh bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet.
Each ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen-living room, a laundry room and separate toilets.
A large courtyard is located in front of the house and there is also a garden at the back.
Please note that this accommodation is adjoining the house of our neighbors who live there permanently.
The garage is accessible to store your sports equipment. It also has a washing machine and dryer.
There are 3 parking spaces in the courtyard, 1 in the garden and 2 more in front of the entrance to the property.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided. All sheets are linen or cotton percale and shower towels are organic cotton.
You will be welcomed at the house by your host, Julien who after 10 years of experience in the holiday accommodation sector in La Torche will be happy to advise you on all the activities in the surrounding area (surf schools, beaches, nature walks and hikes, water sports, transport, shops, restaurants, visits, local products, events, markets, getaways on the islands...)
