At 700 m altitude in the mountains, in a small quiet side valley, this apartment is on the 1st floor of a private house. On the wide outdoor staircase there are small seating areas; the interior is very well maintained, the kitchen is comfortably equipped, in the rustic style of the area.
The apartment has a private garden area with sitting area and barbecue, as well as a pool with deck chairs and outdoor shower. Fly screens on all windows, iron and ironing board available. The quiet, secluded location of this vacation home is ideal for relaxing - reading, cooking, hiking and biking.
Cortona is 18 km away, Lago Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands 30 km; for sightseeing you have the choice between many worth seeing Tuscan and Umbrian cities and towns such as Castiglion Fiorentino 30 km, Arezzo 40 km, Città di Castello 25 km, Perugia 50 km.
