Double balcony + terrace + gently sloping land. Access by stony path over 200m. St Jean de Chevelu landscaped lake 7km. Beaches + sailing Lake Bourget 14km. Chalet in the heart of the vineyards. Sunny Southwest Coteau. Beautiful preserved natural surroundings between vineyards and forest. Good comfort. Nice outdoor space landscaped and flowered. Gravel terrace. Splendid panoramic view over the countryside, vineyards and the mountain. Gite located 7km from the beaches of Lake St Jean-Chevelu and 14km from Bourget du Lac (the largest natural lake in France). 24km away, Aix les Bains, a famous spa town with its magnificent 18-hole golf course. Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, a city of Art and History, is 25km away. Gite in the heart of the Savoyard Avant-Pays vineyards, close to the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. The Véloroute Léman-Méditerranée cycle path is nearby. Numerous water sports and canoeing-kayaking activities are available on the Vieux Rhône and Guiers rivers, as well as on the Bourget and Aiguebelette lakes.
