This beautifully appointed 1600 sq. ft. condo has a kitchen which includes a full fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils. This unit has a dishwasher and its own WIFI and was recently remodeled.
The condo is a two-story condo with a main entrance on the second floor. It sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a king bed with its own sitting area and veranda and private TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private TV, and the third room has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. This condo has 2 private verandas overlooking the ocean for you to enjoy.
Sunset Beach Resort has one, two- & three-bedroom condos and can accommodate single travelers, couples, families, friends. With a big group? Ask about booking multiple condos!

South Ambergris Caye is one of the safest neighborhood on the island since it is the home of the South Ambergris Caye Neighborhood watch. It is quiet and peaceful and just a short 10 minute golf cart ride away from town. The south is home to very diverse restaurants such as, Toast, Someplace South Cafe-bar, Black Orchid Restaurant, Southern Charm and Playa De Salas. It even has Marin's Mini Store to purchase those essentials you need in your unit.

The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security to this very safe part of the island. This complex is ideal for weddings and family reunions or friend trips. Tours and customized tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, daily cleaning if requested is available, travel arrangements to and from the island and travel insurance are available. There are 3 restaurants close by and a local grocery store. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to the town center. Food delivery is available also.
