It has scenic views of beautiful Sylvan Lake from the front porch, simply perfect for morning coffee or an early evening cocktail. The cottage is fully renovated from the inside out and virtually brand new! It was gutted to the studs and has brand new everything to include electrical, insulation, drywall, hardwood floors etc... The master bedroom with queen size bed is outfitted with luxury sheets and bedding. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with a trundle to sleep 3, and the living room couch opens up to a sleeper. A modern, all-white kitchen with custom inset, all-wood, cabinets and quartz countertops boasts top of the line Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. The back splash is stunning mother of pearl mini tiles !! We have installed a reverse osmosis water purification system that also hooks up to the ice make in the freezer and cold water dispenser in the fridge. No need to bring or buy purified water. We have installed new solid hickory prefinished hard wood floors. The bathroom is brand new and has glass tile and a steam shower. There is a brand new adorable and functional wood stove for those guests who like to spend time enjoying the quiet winter wonderland Avon beach can be. Outdoors you will enjoy meals on the patio that is enclosed by a cedar fence for your privacy. The main living space and both bedrooms now have vaultedq, ship lapped/bead board ceilings with stunning new high end lighting fixtures to create beautiful sanctuary-style rooms. We include many amenities to use in the home as well as on the beach to help make your vacation as stress-free and enjoyable as possible (see list of amenities below). A few of those are luxury bedding, all towels for bath and beach, beach chairs and a cooler just to start!! This cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to the family-friendly beach and also to town. Avon boasts great restaurants as well as the famous "Macaroon Shop" bakery right on Main Street. There you will also find ample shopping, yoga, hair and nail salons, as well as a deli to make your sandwiches to bring to the beach.
