Here you have 40 km of beach at your disposal for refreshing walks and extensive beach life depending on the season and your temperament. Besides the magnificent nature, the surrounding area offers you many sights and activities. Not far from Søndervig is the small town of Klosters, where you can make your own candles in the candle foundry. In Hvide Sande you can buy fresh fish at the harbor and in the picturesque town of Ringkøbing, about 10 km away, you can store and admire the pretty old houses. Day trips to Legoland, the lion park in Givskud as well as to the Hans Christian Andersen birthplace in Odense as to Århus are possible.
