Steps to Beach - "Coastal Serenity"; Sleeps 4

This one-bedroom beach bungalow sits on the top floor of a privately-owned triplex in Newport Beach on Balboa Peninsula and is only steps to the boardwalk, sand and Pacific Ocean ! This unit is the the back of the triplex, up the stairs. The entrance is off the alley. The owner is also local, and available to help you with any needs you may have during your stay.

The property offers its own private entrance and is the only upstairs unit of the 3-unit building. The "beachy" contemporary feel of this 1 bedroom/1 bath bungalow makes you feel like you're on vacation at the beach and offers many items you'd find in your own home. The decor is very comfortable, clean and bright.

The bungalow is fully furnished and move- in ready with all initial supplies needed to just show up with your suitcase(s). There is a desk and chair in the master bedroom, a comfy Queen bed, a full closet and an attached large & bright full bathroom. The entry area offers you a living room with a flat screen tv/internet/cable and a dining area including a table and 4 chairs.

There are ceiling fans in each room but also A/C for those hot days. The kitchen is fully stocked for your meal preparation and even includes spices for your culinary adventures. The apartment also comes complete with freshly sanitized and clean linens, and many of your basic necessities like fresh soap, a clean and sanitized robe, and a blow dryer. There are additional cleaning supplies for your use in the kitchen and bath. There are also 2 beach chairs and beach towels, a small cooler and a sun umbrella for your personal use while in the property.

A large local grocery store can be found down the street offering everything you may need to settle in. You'll also find many enticing restaurants and fun local bars within walking distance of the bungalow where you're sure to have a great time!

There is a local bike rental store around the corner where my guests will find discounts for weekly rentals. There is a washer and dryer in the uni.

Parking for the property is on the street just outside of the bungalow and free of charge. There is also metered parking accessible across the street from the property and they accept credit cards too. For those staying longer or simply desiring more parking convenience - Parking Permits are available to purchase through the City of Newport Beach, (inquire with owner).
