The residence Neige et Soleil, 4 floors without lift, is located in the Sun district Plan-Peisey next to shops. This 80's building has an entrance 50 meters from the road and an outside staircase. Southwest facades and beautiful panoramic views. The slopes and ski lessons are located 200 meters away.

A free, uncovered communal car park is about 200 meters away and there are some roadside spots near the building.

Apartment 3 rooms and 2 sleeping areas of 70m ², located on the 4th floor without lift in a residence, close to the slopes and shops.
Rented for 8 people, it consists in
- 1 sleeping areas separated by curtains with twin beds
- 1 sleeping area with bunk beds separated by curtains
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one with a balcony,
a bathroom with separate toilet, a shower room with washbasin,
a kitchen open on the living room (without beds).
The apartment is sunny and exposed South, West and North and has a balcony (table + chairs) , which offers a beautiful viewover the valley.

Equipments : Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric hobs. Television. Washing machine. Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps : 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 set of bunkbeds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary : 1 bathroom, 1 showerroom, 1 toilet.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
