Excellent home for the price and location right on the beach. The host was extremely responsive and hospitable. I can’t say enough good things about the property and host.
This house is perfectly placed...whether it’s walking out the front door to the beach or down the block to dinner. We loved every minute! Bernie was awesome and available if we had a question.
We loved this place! Great location. The ocean was our backyard. We could walk to the market within 5 minutes. The house was a HOME and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. The property manager was so helpful and personable. We can't wait to go back!

This is one of the nicer homes on the beach at "new Folly." Kitchen and one master on top level with great views. Well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Location is great - 2.5 blocks from the commercial area, but far enough that the noise doesn't reach. Next time, we would stay longer. A weekend of 42 hours (4 pm Fri - 10 am Sun) is not enough to enjoy this place fully. Also, one of the queens is in the common space, so pay attention that there are 4 bedrooms if privacy is an issue.
The house is easy to access, clean, and filled with every amenity you need for a perfect week at the beach. The owner is extremely helpful and communicative. My wife and I brought our 16-year-old daughter and 5 of her friends. The master bedroom is on its own floor (which does include the kitchen and dining room) but the 1st floor also has a living room and small refrigerator, so the girls had privacy ,and easy access to the beach. It couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience.

Completely delivered on the amenities, and even had a new grill and beach gear that saved us a lot of trouble. My friends can't wait to book the place next year.
This house was very clean and well stocked including the kitchens, bathrooms, and even beach gear. It was perfect for our 3 families and located right on the beach. We didn’t get check instructions until after arrival due to rapid turnover for cleaning which was a little anxiety provoking but the communication was otherwise very prompt. Bernie was great to work with!
