One of Folly's Best! 915 W Ashley is the perfect oceanfront getaway for your next Folly Beach vacation! This large 2-story home made renovations in 2024 and has everything you need for a memorable stay. This beachfront paradise has expansive ocean views, a hot tub, and new grill. Located on the quiet west end of Folly, you can enjoy your own slice of the beach. There is a newly refurbished walkway to the sand and new back deck with lounge chairs to soak up the sun or catch up on a good book. This home is perfect for a large family or group looking to enjoy all of the fun Folly has to offer!

Inside the house you will find a game room w/billiards, a counter height game table, drink fridge, laundry closet, and comfy sofa and flat screen TV. Down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom and the 3 downstairs bedrooms (2 Queen/2 Double). One of the bedrooms has a private en suite bathroom. Upstairs you are welcomed by the comfortable second living room. The sectional couch and open floor plan makes this an ideal place for gathering. Off of the living room there is dining and the upgraded kitchen that has everything you need for preparing vacation meals! Down the hall from the kitchen you will find the other 3 bedrooms (2 Queen/1 King) and a full hallway bathroom. Through the upstairs sliding glass doors are a screened-in porch and deck space. Take in all the views with room for dining, reading and sunbathing. There is also a gas grill ready to be used! This home was featured in Jimmy Buffet and Martina McBride's song 'Trip Around the Sun' and we look forward to having you enjoy your trip around Folly Beach!

915 W. Ashley allows up to 3 well behaved flea treated dogs pending approval and pet fees. We will need the breed and size of your dog(s) prior to approval. The rental includes parking onsite. Grill use: please be aware that charcoal/propane and cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number: LIC003344. The house is not a huge 3 story building, which is actually quite nice. It feels like your home. Well appointed kitchen. The screen porch was our favorite spot.

Folly Beach Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this perfect house for us. We found it very clean and very comfortable. Being directly on the beach was also a huge plus. This house was a short distance from the Folly Beach town. And the parking worked out for all of the cars that my family had. Overall, I would recommend this lovely house to anyone! I hope to come back again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We utilized the living space on both floors, which was great when the kids needed to have down time or watch TV. Kitchen and adjoining family room were great for everyone to be together.

Nice beach stay

Nice house on the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 10 (even sufficient indoor and outdoor seating). Plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes. Everyone loved the pool table as well. We really enjoyed our stay and had no problems or concerns at all.

Best Senior vacation

The beachfront location is what enticed us and it did not disappoint. Wonderful beds, all were comfortable for us senior citizens. Everything we needed was there, easy to find and clean when identified. We had no need to contact the property manager for anything! All of us agreed we would rent this house again! Thank you

Good area, good house, good stay

My family and I had a nice stay at this property. The house had plenty of room for all 10 of us. The property had great access to the beach, and the house itself had plenty of space inside and out side for us to enjoy. I wish the weather was better for us during our stay, but luckily, the house offered plenty for us to stay occupied. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay at this property again.

The property was perfect for our Family

The property perfectly accommodated the varying ages of our group. We especially enjoyed the screened in beach front deck. The layout allowed us to have quiet naptimes for the little ones without the adults having to tip toe around. Plenty of things to do inside and outside of the house. Would highly recommend.

Great place!!

Perfect location very cleanly provided all linens which was wonderful! Absolutely loved it. Beds a little hard but typical staying away from home bring your own pillow if that’s something that bothers you. Everything was provided for cooking meals. Hot tub was the only thing not clean. Parking is abundant!

2023 Family Follies

Our children and grandchildren gathered with us from Vancouver Canada, Ohio and Maine for a weeklong family reunion. The house was perfect for the twelve of us. We especially appreciated a less crowded beach and how well the various gathering places allowed for different groupings of children and/or adults. The kitchen was big enough and well appointed. We had a fabulous time!

Easy-going, laid back stay

Wow, talk about location, location, location! We came as a group of 13 with a mix of teens, kids, and adults. The property has a laid back feel, so if you are looking for fancy, this isn't it. If you want a comfortable, clean, has-everything-you-need stay, this property has it all. The back porch has breath-taking views, and was our favorite place to be. The beach really is as close the pictures make it look. We had an unforgettable, wonderful stay!

We were overall pleased with the house and the property. But my main concern was the hot tub was broken and it was dirty. And the hot tub and being on the beach was what we both were looking forward to. Next time someone stays there, you may want to check the maintenance on the hot tub and make sure it’s working properly and very clean to me that’s important

Nice beach house!

We enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront beach house. It was a clean and pleasant space in a quiet area. The ocean view from the deck and screened porch is amazing. The main level with the kitchen is upstairs, with 3 bedrooms that share a bath. On the ground level are 2 bedrooms sharing a bath and one en suite bed/bath. The hot tub was nice and also on the ground level. The bedrooms are good sized, with closet space. We had everything we needed! The deck and walkway to the beach are a little worn, so watch for splinters. It was nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before coming in from the beach. I’d gladly stay here again!

Ended up awesome

The communication about early check-in was non-existent. We arrived early and needed help, the bad communication and lack of help almost ruined our trip. Layle & Chaneen from the local office Folly’s Best Rentals, saved this rental from being the worst to one of the best. The local office needs to be first point of contact for renters . VRBO and Best Rentals weren't helpful. This house is a charmer. Basement bedroom with the bathroom was not the Master bedroom. It is not a queen bed, it was a full. The master bedroom, the king upstairs, was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The views spectacular in 4/6 rooms. The kitchen was very well stocked w/utensils,dishes, pans. It had everything! The deck and walkway really needs to be replaced. Be careful of rusty nails and slivers! The outside screened-in porch was roomy and furniture was perfect for games and meals. The proximity to the beach was 5star. We didn’t need a cooler or cart to get to the beach since it was so close. It made impromptu beach frisbee or beach games with the kids great. The location is perfect to get to the main hub of the town and to the Folly Beach County Park (spectacular sunsets) &Sunset Cay Marina (for excursions). The grill was small, but it was clean and worked well. The washer and dryer handled large loads easily. The bedrooms were clean and good sized. Had lots of extra blankets and pillows. Many of them had vanity's which made it much easier to share the bathrooms.

Wonderful Stay for Thanksgiving

We enjoyed staying at Greg’s place for our Thanksgiving getaway with family. It was super nice, had great access to the beach, and conveniently located to other amenities. The place was very clean, comfortable, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to the beach. It was also close to several grocery stores, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this wonderful ocean front home.
