Edgartown Vacation Home Reservations transferrable available July 27 to Aug 3

Spend your summer vacation in our relaxing home. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood on the Vineyard with all of the comforts of home without all of the responsibilities. Our home is spacious with four complete bedrooms, perfect for a large group or two families with children. The house is located in Westminster Acres, a quiet cul-de-sac community in the center of the island that is easy to access, and central to all of the main attractions of the island.

Beaches, from State Beach to Katama (South) Beach are easy to find and you can reach all attractions of the island within a reasonable amount of time.

Our back deck is always a tranquil end to the day. Our private outdoor shower is a perfect treat after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Enjoy an open kitchen to living room with flat screen television. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the first floor, with two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom located on the second floor. To the rear of the home is a large deck to enjoy a quiet afternoon or barbecue.

We are conveniently located on the bike path and bus route; 3.5 miles to the Edgartown Wharf and 5 miles to wold famous South Beach.

This is a great family home.

MV Vacation

The rental was just as advertised. The house was very clean. We knew going in that the house did not have air conditioning but thankfully there were many fans as the island experienced near record heat and humidity during our early-September stay. Located in the middle of the island on a quiet street, we were only a short ride to all of the towns and beaches.
