Stay in a large villa with heated swimming pool in the Ardèche in Lagorce for an exceptional holiday with friends or family near Vallon Pont d'Arc.

Domaine de Charme of 5 hectares welcomes you in a 19th century mansion and its outbuilding offering you the magic of a soothing and intimate place.
Mix of noble and old materials and elegant decoration. Renovated with taste and concern to preserve its soul of yesteryear while offering modern comfort.

Our capacity is up to 25 people maximum.

The Seibel house is composed of the reception, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, living room with equipped kitchen.

The outbuilding "house of the woodshed" is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, open living room, 3 bedrooms (including a room for people with reduced mobility) and 2 bathrooms.

TV in all bedrooms and living room, wifi.

Outside:
The estate offers you many facilities:

Parking lot equipped with a slow charging station.

Our estate is located 10 minutes walk from the village of Lagorce, 4 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc, and 8 km from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Chauvet II cave.

The most wonderful Domaine of all

Serge & Marie-Claude have renovated this domaine (mansion) with the highest degree of precision, quality, and beauty. All rooms with names and different details to set it apart from the rest. As a former Michelin chef, Serge has equipped the kitchen with everything you would wish for in a kitchen. Superb stay.

Magnifique maison rénovée avec bcp de goût et de style. Matériel moderne et en bon état, cuisine bien agencée et agréable à utiliser. Nous avons bcp apprécié la pièce à vivre en bas,en particulier le fait qu’elle soit hyper spacieuse avec des endroits bien délimités (salle à manger, Cuisine, salon), idéal quand on est nombreux. Le grand nombre de salles d’eau était aussi très appréciable. La possibilité d’avoir une chambre de plein pied dans la dépendance l’était également, notamment pour des personnes un peu plus âgées ou à mobilité réduite. L’accueil a été également très chaleureux et les propriétaires sont très disponibles pour répondre à d’éventuels questions ou besoins. Merci pour tout ! Nous recommanderions cet endroit pour des séjours en famille nombreuse !

Dans une région magnifique, pleine de ressources, nous avons fait du canyoning, du canoë sur l’Ardèche, la famille a trouvé un hébergement parfait dans cette maison. La décoration, le confort, la fiabilité de tous les appareils électroménagers n’ont égal que la qualité de l’accueil des propriétaires. Par ailleurs, ils ont organisé des soirées pizza à notre demande qui ont fait la joie des petits et des grands. Cette maison est somptueuse.
