In the heart of the Provençal village of Aubignan, a stone's throw from the Dentelles de Montmirail and a magnificent view of Mont Ventoux, this beautiful traditional farmhouse has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With its private swimming pool, its green garden and pétanque court, it offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the gentle Provençal way of life with family or friends.

From the house, many options for hiking and cycling are available to nature lovers. Furthermore, the numerous wine cellars of Comtat Venaissin await you for unforgettable times.

The house sleeps 10, each of the 4 bedrooms having its own bathroom.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed 140 cm x 190 cm and en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom including the 35m2 master suite with a sublime view of the Luberon. Still on the first floor, a third bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds and its large bathroom.

The house includes a cloakroom, 2 living rooms, a dining room. The kitchen and scullery are fully equipped, including 1 American refrigerator and 1 dishwasher.

The summer dining room under an arbor overlooks the swimming pool (12m x 6m). The 1500 m2 garden is fully landscaped. You will also enjoy a superb pétanque court from where the sunsets are magical. A large pool house is available for a nap in the shade and aperitifs with family and friends. Pool open all year long (not heathed).

For your comfort during your stay, end-of-stay cleaning is included.

This really is a magical place. I was sold on it from the photos of the property on the VBRO site, and it really is that beautiful. Once you're in through the gates, you're in your own private bit of heaven. The house is well laid out and it all just works: the flow of the rooms, where everything is, the balance of spaces to suit any weather or mood. And, the bean bags are amazing! The hosts, Louise and Bas were very helpful, responsive, and flexible. Aubignan itself is characterful - the local market was surprisingly good for a small town and it's a 3 minute walk from the property to a fantastic, award winning bakery. I'd not heard of such before, but they had a Camarguaise while we were there. It's a celebration of Camargue culture, plus a religious procession. The town is very well positioned for trips to Carpentras, Avignon, St Remy, Arles, the Beaumes de Venise wineries, Aix, and so much more. But, you won't want to do too much touring, as it's so relaxing just to hang out by the pool - or in it. The only note of caution, which wasn't an issue for us at all: it is in a town and not out in the countryside. So, expect a small bit of town noise. But, as I say, not an issue for us. We're already thinking about going back next year!

Très belle maison, toutes les pièces sont spacieuses et bien décorées, parfaite pour la vie en famille tout en laissant à chacun son intimité. Une salle de bain pour chaque chambre est vraiment un plus. L’absence de climatisation au rez de chaussée n’est pas un frein, le murs sont épais et les pièces de vie restent fraîches même avec la canicule. Grand et joli jardin, grande piscine, espace déjeuner extérieur ombragé, le tout à 5 mn du village à pieds. Beaucoup de sorties nature, culture ou historiques à faire à moins de 30-40 mn. Nos hôtes étaient accueillants, très réactifs et disponibles. En bref, séjour parfait !

Prachtig huis

We verbleven in een prachtig huis met heel mooie kamers. In de keuken is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om met een grote groep te leven: ruime koelkast, voldoende potten en pannen,… De slaapkamers op het verdiep zijn voorzien van airco, de benedenkamer niet. De tuin is voorzien van een terras die overdekt is met druivelaars, wat naast extra gezelligheid er ook voor zorgt dat er steeds schaduw is. Er is een petanquebaan voorzien en een ruim gazon waar onze kinderen op konden voetballen. Het zwembad is groot en biedt de nodige verkoeling. Enige minpunt hier is dat de jacuzzi niet meer werkt, wat niet aangegeven stond in de advertentie. Bas gaf ons een goeie rondleiding en was steeds bereikbaar bij vragen. Wij hadden ‘s avonds een probleem met het sanitair en zelfs op dat late tijdstip kwam Bas af met een vakman om het probleem direct op te lossen. Dit is service! Zeker en vast een aanrader!

J'en profite pour vous annoncer que la maire d'Aubignan a interdit le passage de camions dans le village depuis juin 2024, ce qui annule toute forme de nuisance sonore. Bien à vous!

Excellent séjour dans une magnifique propriété

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Mas Lolivo! En plus d’être une très belle Propriété, magnifiquement entretenue, il est parfaitement équipé (il ne manque vraiment rien), la literie est de bonne qualité, l’environnement est agréable avec une immense piscine dont nous avons même pu profiter tout autant que le jeu de pétanque qui a agrémenté nos apéros! Le mas a été le point de départ de nos multiples randos en vtt dans les dentelles de Montmirail, ainsi que sur les chemins des vignobles! C’était parfait! Le seul petit bémol serait la proximité immédiate d’une rue assez passante qui procure un peu trop de bruit à mon goût lors des siestes au bord au bord de la piscine, et quelques transats supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus. À réserver sans hésiter pour des belles vacances garanties en famille ou entre amis!

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis et vos suggestions. En effet le Mas Lolivo est un mas de village idéalement placé à deux pas de tous les commerces. Le village d'Aubignan offre un marché tout les samedi matin, à deux boulangerie-pâtisseries et plusieurs restaurants. Nous avons ré-équipée la piscine avec plus de coussins de piscine et plus de transats. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau au Mas Lolivo.
