This authentically decorated villa, boarding the jungle and the town of Tulum in the Hottest neighborhood of La Veleta just minutes from some of the best beaches in Mexico and is a great choice for singles, couples, and families. Tulum- just 90 minutes from the Cancun airport and 45 minutes from Playa del Carmen- is great place to vacation- full of many activities for those that want to stay busy or a great place to do nothing but read a book on one of the prettiest beaches ever. Our villa is within a safe and gated community featuring private parking, a large pool (communal), Jacuzzi, a private back patio and a private palapa great for any gatherings. Rich vegetation and gardens sprawl throughout the complex, maintaining the natural beauty of Mexico.


This strikingly beautiful and unique 2 bedroom 2 bath house has achieved a vibrant and
unpretentiously authentic yet luxuriously chic look. Bright accents of color are scattered
throughout the house to embody the vibrant Mexican culture while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
These bright colors compliment the custom dark wood cabinetry and furniture made from Salam, the
rich wood, indigenous to the area. All of the furnishings and fixtures are beautifully crafted and
locally made. The 2 bedrooms include one king and two twins (which can be made into another king
size bed).


The outdoor palapa (covered patio) is a great place to entertain or relax while watching the sun rise with a
fresh fruit smoothie or set with a margarita. You can choose to sit on the back patio, completely private.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed
for a gourmet meal and great drinks. Buy a fresh lobster or fish from a fisherman on the beach or
local fish market. Turn on the grill, chill the cerveza, blend the margaritas or try a chillada, one
of our favorites…let the party begin.

Casa Conga, an oasis

Beautiful house in a really nice, small, gated community. Beautifully adorned, decorated and equipped. Attentive maintenance person, Pablo. Lovely neighbors. Beautiful and accommodating pool. Only disappointment was int the quality of the internet connectivity, which was extremely inconsistent with only 3 or 4 days of continuous, but slow availability. TV, was internet based Apple TV, so without the internet, was much value. If that doesn't phase you, just a beautiful and friendly place to stay. Easy to get to great restaurants in the downtown and beaches and reataurants along beach road.

Fantastic house for four

The perfect house for a two-couple getaway! The house is incredibly “kitted out” with everything you need - from cooking stuff to juicers and a blender (basically perfect for margarita making!). The two patios are lovely, especially the back patio with twinkle lights. Great stay overall.

Perfect in Tulum

This last January we returned for our third stay at Casa Conga. As always, our stay there was perfect. Casa Conga is situated in quieter area off the beaten path of Tulum. However there are still numerous restaurants and amenities in the immediate area and the core of Tulum is a 7-10minute bike ride away. We do, and always have, felt safe in the gated community and the neighbourhood. The neighbours within the gated community have always been welcoming and kind. The house itself is clean, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything imaginable. It truly feels like home. We found that the bikes are the perfect means to easily get around. The beach is a 20-30min bike ride away through the town then down a well used bike path. Parking a car along the beach strip would be a headache. However locking up the bikes at the beach is effortless. Then on the way home, a quick stop at the grocery store or veggie stand to grab ingredients for dinner at home - OR deciding to go out to a nearby restaurant. But there is so much more than just the beach to see & do in Tulum and surrounding area. To each their own - my passion is exploring the endless cave systems of the Yucatan. There are numerous yoga centers, Pilates, Spas etc etc. There are Mayan ruins both near and far. And the Sian Kaan biosphere is a whole other world of endless exploring possibilities. Everyone involved with our booking/stay/management of Casa Conga is/has been wonderful. We are very appreciative to Bob and Lisa for opening their Tulum house to us. We absolutely love our time there and hope to return again and again.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in toll gestyltem gemütlichen Haus

Haben den Aufenthalt im sehr schön gestylten Haus von Lisa und Robert sehr genossen. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden. Wir waren zwei Paare und die beiden Badezimmer waren daher sehr praktisch. Gute Restaurants sind fußäufig erreichbar. Um an die wunderschönen Strände von Tulum zu kommen, ist ein Mietauto von Vorteil, haben aber auch die beiden Fahrräder gerne benutzt. Wir können das Haus von Lisa und Bob sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

A home away from home

This is our second year in a row staying at Casa Conga in the suburb of La Valette on the South East side of the town of Tulu. This two bedroom, two bathroom detached home in a small gated community is very comfortable and very clean. It's beautifully decorated with lovely large, built in sofas inside and outside for lounging and relaxing. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathrooms are large and glamorous. This time we stayed for a month and loved every minute of it. Pablo, the resident care taker sweeps the huge patios (back and front) every morning and will help you change the water on the water cooler and always has a smile on his face. We appreciate having our own laundry and laundry line. The resident dogs Rio and Bosch are always happy to see you and have a cuddle. At night the outdoor spaces glow as they are very nicely lit and its quiet and relaxing. The location is excellent! We don't rent a car but ride the two bikes thoughtfully provided. It's about a 20 minute ride to the public beach through Aldea Zama and it's only a couple of minutes to amazing restaurants and the town. There are 100's of restaurants and fabulous gelato places 10 minutes or less by bike from the house and you don't need to find parking. There are also several dive shops close by as well as fantastic yoga retreats and studios just a couple of minutes bike ride away. The other neighbours in the complex are always friendly and helpful. The pool is perfect for a dip and we feel very safe at Casa Conga. There's ample storage for all of your clothes etc as well which we understand is rare down here. We highly recommend booking direct transportation from Cancun Airport with Canada Transfers. They are fantastic and it's a life saver after an overnight flight when you are exhausted in the morning and don't want to fuss with organizing transit. Thanks again Bob and Lisa for another great stay. There's a good chance we will be back next winter too if you will have us. Casa Conga feels like our home away from home.

Perfect for what we needed

The casa is set in a corner lot among a group of 6 homes with the pool in the center. It was very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The gardens were bright and cheery. A rental car is a must. We drove into town and Tulum beach daily

A lovely, well-appointed house in Tulum

Casa Conga is situated in the town of Tulum, away from the upscale beach area. The house is neat and well decorated. It is very comfortable and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. It is in a small gated compound, on a quiet street. It is in walking distance from the authentic Mexican part of town. To go to the hipster yoga beach, you have to drive. The house is managed well and the person who manages it was very helpful.

Very nice house in Tulum suburbs

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable house, charming, and very quiet location. Kathy, our rental liason was super helpful getting stuff fixed, in our week-long stay. Tulum is growing super quickly right now, and there is a *lot* of smoke from fires, also it's a backpacker paradise, which we did not know. We were there for the ruins, and we were not disappointed.

living the dream

This casa is just so beautiful the decor is wonderful and everything you want is there at your disposal.The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool and jacuzzi is so inviting.Miguel the caretaker cant do enough for you he is always smilling and eager to please. The beaches in this region are the best I have swum in and they're not to far from the casa .The town of Tulum has some wonderful restaurants or if you would prefer to stock up the san fransisco supermarket has everything . The afternoons on the balcony are just superb a beer and a dip in the pool make this the best holiday we have ever encounted and we will definately be going back Margo and Peter Heffernan Australia

living in a dream

Casa quatro was so beautiful the pool the grounds and most of all the way the casa is decorated it really is beautiful.Everything you need and want is here the manager Miguel is a delight and always smiling and ready to help.Great food in the township many different restaurants to choose from.The beach is out of this world.You can have a total holiday without leaving your surroundings or otherwise there are ruins lots to see and I would personally recomend the ceynotes have never seen anything so beautiful.We cant say enough about this place and intend on returning next year. Super Villa

Danke für dieses wunderschöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus. Wir haben fünf traumhafte Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sauber, super gepflegt und einfach ganz toll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch vor Ort wird man durch einen Verwalter sehr nett betreut. Empfehlenswert ist es, sich ein Auto zu mieten, damit man die tollen Strände, Lagunen und Cenoten in der Nähe erreichen kann. Vielen vielen Dank für dieses Traumhaus!
