Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo with a spacious patio. Onsite dining, waterfront cabana bar, entertainment, art galleries, and more. Two pools and hot tubs in the complex. Club house and gym, Tennis and pickleball courts, and a communal gas grill. Water access to the Gordon River, Naples Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. Right off the famous 5th Avenue. Short 1 mile walk to the beach! Bayfront has it all!

Complex application approval required prior to arrival.

The space
This place is very spacious. You can watch the sunset out of the kitchen window& grab your breakfast and watch the sunrise off the balcony with pool views overlooking the courtyard.

Guest access
Guest can access every thing, they can go boating from the front dock or opposite. Swimming, Whirlpool, and barbecue onsite building. Parking garage and building elevator. Paddle board or boat rental is available through businesses onsite at Bayfront.

Exceptional Naples Condo & Perfect Location

The property is literally located in one of the best locations in downtown Naples. You can walk everywhere. The condo is perfect, clean, spacious. Nick, the property manager, was extremely helpful and great with communication. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great condo close to everything

This is a really nice three bedroom unit. It was spotless. Five minute walk to fifth avenue. Several restaurants just downstairs as well. Nice pool and gym. Three minutes to Baker Park and the miles and miles of running and bike trails.

Vacation in Naples

A beautiful place with everything within walking distance. Very secure, beautiful pool, fitness center, grills in entertainment area of pool, shopping, local events. The condo was fully equipped with linens etc. Had a chef kitchen furnished with all our needs to make delicious meals when not trying out the many nearby restaurants. The beach is about a-mile away and made for an enjoyable walk! Looking forward to returning!

Awesome month in Naples

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit was much bigger than we expected, had everything we needed and more. Love the kitchen! All the beach accessories (towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys) made it so easy when our family came to visit. Close to great shopping, dining and activities. We used all the facilities (gym, pickleball and pool) and only downside was we wish we discovered Baker Park earlier in our stay. Would definitely return!

Perfect place perfect location

The overall property is beautiful! Very convenient. The property is very secure. The breakfast/lunch restaurant downstairs is great. Condo is walking distance to shopping and dining. close to beaches and local grocery store. Pool area clean. The condo is pristine! Very spacious! Modern. Large master bed/bath . Unit is Very comfortable, clean, all our needs were met. Washer dryer, linens, beach towels, beach items, everything you need has been thought of. garage parking, assigned space. The owner is great and accommodating. This was our second time staying in this condo, never had an issue and we will return! nothing but positives staying here !!

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location

This apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished and well equipped. The photos don’t do it justice. The complex is quiet, well maintained and in a great, quiet location. We left the car in the underground garage more than any other trip as we could walk to restaurants and the beach. Bars and restaurants on site are great too. Absolutely loved it.

Fantastic apartment

Exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious and very well equipped apartment with ‘cooks’ kitchen. We loved the internal and external dining spaces. So much bigger than the photos led us to believe, and the pool and small gym were super. We walked to coffee shop and restaurant but also jumped in a cab to old Naples. Highly recommend!

This property was one of the best properties that I have ever rented! Very spacious and convenient to everything. Property Manager was available with answers to any questions we had. Prompt response as well. The kitchen is to die for! We would go back in a heartbeat.

A wonderful Condo in Old Naples

A very clean, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated 3 bedroom condo in Old Naples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with plenty of storage space and extra bath and beach towels. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with full sized oven & range, Keurig coffee pot, new pots/pans and dishes. Wi-Fi and TVs are available in the master bedroom and Family room. The swimming pool was refreshing and furnished with plenty of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. For additional exercise a fully equipped gym with various gym equipment is located near the pool area. Tennis and pickleball courts are near the pool area as well. The balcony overlooking the central courtyard and nearby marina was a pleasure to experience in the evening. Security was very tight with gated & locked entry to all condo areas. Reserved and gated parking for resident and guest parking is available. Many four star restaurants, art galleries and fine shopping along 5th ave. and 3rd str are within 2-3 blocks walking distance. Additional cultural sites in Old Naples include the Naples Art Museum and Cambier park, all within 2 -3 blocks walking distance. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely return to this condo and highly recommend it to others.
