Stunning ocean-front apartment with spectacular views of the pristine Grand Strand for as far as your eye can see. Renovated in 2022 and tastefully decorated, this large (approx. 1700 square feet) sun-drenched 3-bedroom (all with their own bathroom) corner unit in the popular Surf Master Building has so much to offer. With ceiling-to-floor windows, the views of the ocean and the beach are truly breathtaking. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make this vacation place feel like your own home away from home. A full-size in-unit washer/dryer and private covered parking are bonus additions to this property. Take a dip in the beachside pool, or a soak in the hot tub, or head to the golden sandy beach from the private entrance with an outdoor shower. There is a wide range of restaurants, bars, and entertainment all within walking distance, and the famed Garden City Beach pier is approx. 1 mile away, not to mention the numerous award-winning golf courses and boardwalk at Murrells Inlet, only a short drive away. Unpack and watch the dolphins swim by and enjoy the thrill of the pelican fly-bys.

Beautiful place! Second time to stay there! The only problem we have ever encountered is trying to open the door when we get there! Both trips 2 years apart - wrong code, after hours so slow response so do I recommend this beautiful condo? Absolutely! But I also recommend you get there before a Friday afternoon! Otherwise great vacation!

Furniture needs updating

The living room & patio furniture are uncomfortable - not a problem if you're never in the condo. When you sit down on either couch, you feel the frames. There were 4 of us - ranging from 22 years to 54 and all less than 160 lbs.. We like to play board games at night and were constantly moving to try to get comfortable. One week of rent would pay for comfortable couches.Beds were comfortable & shower pressure amazing. Great view. Maybe this is standard for the area but be prepared to provide your own dishwasher and laundry detergent, garbage bags and paper towels. You get 2 dishwasher pods, 1 washer pod, 1 paper towel and 1 garbage bag. Sea Star Realty leaves a gift bag - instead of the gift bag, it would be cool to just leave extra of the items listed.

Regarding the living room and patio furniture, we sincerely appreciate your input. This is not feedback we’ve received before, but we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to assess and maintain our accommodations. As for the amenity items, it is standard practice in this area for guests to provide their own dishwasher and laundry detergent, garbage bags, and paper towels beyond the starter supplies we offer. We aim to provide an initial set of essentials to help guests settle in, and we also include a welcome gift as a gesture of hospitality. However, we appreciate your suggestion and will take it into account as we evaluate ways to enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Very nice location and view!

Love the main room with windows! Easy access to beach and beds were very comfortable. Only thing was the palmetto roaches at nite under anything on the floor and in the sink, just had to pt towels, cloths etc on shelves, must have killed 20!
