Let your beach vacation begin with ocean waves right outside your door. This condo at The Florence has been recently updated with comfortable furnishings in coastal colors. The bedroom has a new king bed, walk in closet with beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for guests to use. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, 55" smart TV, Roku, High speed WIFI, Spectrum cable with Showtime. The bathroom has a walk in shower, plenty of fluffy towels and beach towels. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen.
You will not be disappointed in this cute condo!
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 4 guests.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building.

Superb stay. The condo was perfect for a couple. Inside was clean and organized. The balcony was large enough to spread out more than expected, and the view to watch the sun rise was postcard worthy. We will stay here our next time to South Padre.

The closeness to the beach was fantastic. It was great spending time in the deck. The accommodations were very comfortable. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. Our only complaint was the couch. We could not sit on it.

We loved being right on the beach! The balcony view was perfect, and we appreciated having access to the beach chairs & cooler, as well as the pool and hot tub! The bed was very comfy. I'd definitely recommend bringing your own shower products, as the mini provided was sample size.
