About this property

Apartment Alpha, haven of peace with complete facilities

This apartment is in the main house of an old farm from 1900 and was renovated in 2013 very elaborately and luxuriously refurbished.

The floors are made of real wood parquet. The furniture is made exclusively from solid hardwood.

The bathroom has a huge shower area incl. Bidet.

As a special feature, you can also use our easily accessible design wellness sauna with attached wet area (gush shower, etc.)

The living room has a large flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player and sofa bed

The fully equipped kitchen has a filter coffee machine and also a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Coffee, tea, jam, honey, butter, bread rolls, butter, sugar, vinegar, oil, pepper and salt are provided free of charge.

Ironing board and iron is also available.

There are enough parking spaces on the property.

We highly recommend to stay in Apartment Alpha. A bit out of the beaten path, but this was plus for us. Lots of walkable nature paths around, and historically rich area. The apartment is really beautiful, quiet and spacious. Bring your hammock (there was a wooden hammock frame on the grass). The church bells and the birds will tell you the time of the day.

Die Wohnung liegt am Waldrand in einem charmanten alten Bauernhaus. Sehr großzügig und genau richtig für ein paar Tage ab vom Schuss - wandern ab der Haustür ist ohne Probleme möglich.

Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung

Eine Wohnung mit einem ungewöhnlichen Grundriss. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Leider war das sehr große Badezimmer zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts sehr kalt. Der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Bei den täglichen Gebrauchsgegensrändenin der Küche( z. B. Besteck) ist noch Luft nach oben. Trotzdem: empfehlenswert.)

Der Gast teilte mir mit, das es im Bad recht kühl sei und fragte nach, ob es möglich wäre, die Heizung anzumachen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren es in Bad 22,7 ° C. Die Aussentemperatur war zum Anfragezeitpunkt 29°C. Bei solchen hichsommerlichen Temperaturen läuft die Heizung nicht. Ich gab den Rat, das Fenster zu öffnen, um die warme Luft reinzulassen

Schön gestaltet. Viel Platz, viel Ruhe, gute Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen. Wie in vielen Ferienwohnungen ist die Bettwäsche leider mit stark duftenden Waschmitteln gewaschen.

Ungewöhnliche Aufteilung - sehr schönes Badezimmer - Schlafzimmer nur mit zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten - Esstisch doch sehr klein. Ansonsten sehr ruhige Lage mit schöner Terrasse.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hält, was die Bilder und die Beschreibung versprechen. Es gibt in diesem Ort zwar kein Lädchen, aber es ist schön gelegen in der Mitte zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Weltkulturerbestätten.

Charmant und zum rundum Wohlfühlen

Es war toll! Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, gemütlicher Atmosphäre und einem kuscheligen Kamin. Das alte Bauernhaus ist eigenhändig mit sehr viel Liebe ausgebaut worden. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Die Sauna zur Exklusivnutzung mit Wellnessduschen und Ruhebereich ist ein besonderes Highlight! Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam (es ist von Aufbackbrötchen über Gewürze bis hin zu Feuerholz an einfach alles gedacht). Wir komen gerne wieder!

Oase der Ruhe

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Die Sauna sorgt zusätzlich für Entspannung. Einziges Manko ist, dass es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants vor Ort gibt. Aber das kann ja mit Ausflügen durch das Weserbergland ausgeglichen werden. Wir kommen gern wieder!
