This recently renovated Condo is one of the largest of the 28 Mountaintop Condominiums. It’s a great unit to share with two or three couples or families. It is the second highest unit from the top which provides amazing panoramic views both to the east and to the west. Have your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise on the spacious east deck with Amish made Adirondack chairs and then watch the sunset on the covered porch at night! Grill right off our gated deck! Crystal has Two - 18 Hole Championship Golf Courses, swimming, biking, kayaking, tennis, pickle ball and tons of kids activities! Start your adventure 23 minutes from Lake Michigan or 35 minutes from Traverse City. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and Glen Arbor only 45 minutes away. Experience the Four Amazing Seasons in Michigan all at one location!

You have free access to our own pool for Mountain top owners and renters.

For nominal fees charged by Crystal, you can experience a chairlift ride, go down the Dual Alpine Slide, access the indoor pool at Crystal's Peak Fitness Center and use the outdoor pool and water playground at Water's edge. Exceptional! This house exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and thoughtful amenities. We were 6 adults and 2 children. The location, right on the slopes was icing on the cake! Our family Christmas was magical here!

We had an incredible stay at Crystal Mountain! My husband and I took our three kids (8, 6, and 3) for a quick late summer weekend and we had the best time! The house could not have been better - great location, right next to the private community pool, ski in/ski out. Not to mention how unbelievably well-stocked and impeccably clean it was. Only issue was the washer wasn't working correctly, but the owners let us know ahead of time and we're super communicative about everything.Great weekend, great house -- we will rent this house again!

This was our first time staying in Nathan’s condo, but we have stayed at Crystal Mountain many times before in various locations around the resort. The mountaintop is our favorite. The condo was beautiful inside and very comfortable. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We were provided with everything that we needed for a great stay. Nathan is very attentive and responds to messages quickly. Bring items to make s’mores because there is firewood stocked by the fire ring next to the pool. You will have a lovely stay here.

This property was amazing. The house was beautiful and clean. The views are memorable, and the house is so close to the skiing. The owner of the property was a pleasure to work with also.

Great location, Spacious, Well thought out

Great trip overall! Lots of skiing and games. House was well thought out with amenities and Nathan was very responsive! Unfortunately the ski lift right by the house was down during our stay but we were able to find different ways to get to the house.

Awesome location

We loved our stay! Great location coming off of clipper. Grandma loved being able to stand on the deck and watch us all ride by! Everything was comfy and well stocked.

More great memories were made!

This is my family's 3rd year enjoying this beautiful Condo with my two sons and wife and girlfriend and two grandkids! They all absolutely love it! It's the best Condo on the mountain, allowing us quick access to the hill and has plenty of room to comfortably accommodate us all for sleeping, meals and games. Nathan is an awesome host and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!

This property is fantastic. We had 3 families, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were perfect. Loved the space and amenities, and the view of Crystal Mountain was fantastic. We absolutely recommend this place and will be staying again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Mountain Top Condo. You truly ski right out the door. The views were beautiful and it was very spacious for our whole family. The communication was great with very timely responses from the owner!

Perfect Stay!

Great ski in/ski out location, well appointed and comfortable home! Had everything we needed for a ski weekend with our kids and friends. Nathan was a great host and his home on top of the mountain is an incredible place to get away. Love the location and layout. Would highly recommend and hope we can stay again!

Wonderful Ski Weekend

My brother-in-law and his family came up from Tennessee to ski with us for four days. Nathan’s property was perfect! The six kids who ranged in age from 4-19 years old could ski in and out. We only ate out once, and the kitchen was so well equipped -one of the best we have ever rented at Crystal Mountain. The property was spacious and clean. Thanks Nathan for making our weekend so fun and the quality time we were seeking together.

Great late summer stay

Stayed for a long weekend at the end of August to do some bike riding in the area. Plenty of space for 5 adults and the views on the deck for morning coffee were great.

Amazing

This was my second stay at this beautiful condo and once again it did not disappointed! Nathan is extremely accommodating and so is his condo! You have everything you need for a fun filled and relaxing stay! It adds so much to be able to ski in and out as you want. Great memories with my kids snd grandkids, we’ll be back!

Great location!

Repeat renters - the #1 thing we love about this property is the location. With younger kids this is great! For a ski rental property, 5pm check in or later on a Monday is not reasonable. After more research, many other ski-in/out rentals offer earlier check in. Mondays the slopes only stay open until 6pm. So it is a wasted day of a rental given we chose this for ski purposes. Wish I would have looked around for a more reasonable check in time. Otherwise, great stay, just be sure to bring extra paper towel :)

Perfect for skiing and watching

What an amazing stay we had! The kids loved that they could ski for a bit, come in and warm up, have a snack, and go back out. And, the adults loved that we could watch all activities from the living room. No one wanted to leave and I don't think that's ever happened with a home rental. Thanks, Nathan and family!

Great Family Ski Weekend

This is a beautiful home that accommodated our family perfectly. We were able to enjoy the time with each other as well as have our own spaces to sleep comfortably and have our own bathroom space. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare your meals and snacks for the hungry skiers. Our only downfall was having to walk around the next set of houses to get to the slopes. Even though the property description says ski in ski out directly from the gated deck. Overall it was a fantastic weekend for all. We will definitely stay again.

We have lived in Southwest Michigan our entire lives. Our family has been staying in a Crystal Mountaintop condo for 20 years! We enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing and hanging out at the beach.

It is one of the premium condo's located on the Mountaintop! The views are amazing where you can see for miles. Our location is a great home base for enjoying Northern Michigan no matter what time of year it is.

One of only two Mountaintop units with a gate access off the deck to ski and hike directly on the slopes. Have some of the best views of any unit.
