Séjour gâché car pas de bains remous comme précisé à l origine sur l annonce annonce mensongère pourtant c était un de nos facteur de choix

C est avec surprise que je prends seulement connaissance de votre commentaire Dans le descriptif de l annonce il n était pas indiqué bain à remous ou quoique soit d autres Après en effet dans les équipements du logement une case était cochée bain à remous au lieu de baignoire C était une erreur pour laquelle vous avez reçu un dédommagement non négligeable et je vous avais même proposé de vous offrir une séance de spa que vous avez refusé car dans les faits le bain à remous était juste un prétexte pour ne pas payer vos vacances Après le dédommagement reçu vous vous plaignez des frais énormes de l agence or il n y avait pas d agence juste une conciergerie pour vous accueillir que je paye moi même Je constate que vous êtes de très mauvaise foi et je plains vos prochains hôtes
