This corner unit has gorgeous views of the gulf from almost every room! 1,430 square feet of beautifully decorated space means there's room for the whole family! 4 beach chairs, beach wagon and umbrella are in unit for guest use. Condo also features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, private balcony, smart tvs Direct TV streaming, Paramount+, HBO and Showtime; stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer in unit, and all linens. Grand Panama is 'on the sand' with a private beach entrance and chair service available.

The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided along with 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and cooler. (No beach towels are provided.)

Grand Panama Beach Resort offers 2 pools (heated seasonally), hot tubs, a kiddie pool, full service tiki bar and grill and coffee bar (in season), secure private parking garage, 24 hour security, and a general store. Grand Panama is located between Pier Park and St. Andrew's Park, close to everything Panama City Beach has to offer!

What's Provided:
Kitchen: All the basics needed to prepare full meals, dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, kids' plates and sippy cups, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, Keurig duo, hand mixer and can opener. Starter dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towels, dishtowels, trash bags and hand soap. Full spice rack and salt/pepper.

Bathroom: All towels (except beach towels), starter shampoo/soap, makeup washcloths, hand soap.

Bedrooms: Sheets, blankets, and the best pillows on the planet! Seriously, guests ask me for the link to purchase their own all the time!

Smart Tvs: All tvs include subscriptions to Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ plus cable tv, and you can log in to any other channels you wish with your account.

Beachy stuff: 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, soft sided insulated cooler, large canopy umbrella.
