Large corner balcony facing East/South/West.

Parking: outdoor parking spaces available subject to availability. Private access with a barrier.

In winter: 100m from the sledging slope and the conveyor belt, free shuttle bus at the bottom of the building.
In summer: 50m from the tennis courts and the swimming pool.
