La nostra unità di primo piano si trova all'estremità opposta del parcheggio, lontano dalle auto e ha il suo ingresso privato. Le due ampie camere comprendono soggiorno con futon, tv e cucina nuova; la camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con la propria tv. Ha un bagno completo ed è dotato di aria condizionata ed è adatto per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. C'è una bella area salotto esterna di fronte alla vostra unità ed è a pochi passi dalla piscina riscaldata esterna stagionale; la spiaggia è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. Parcheggio fuori strada per un veicolo. Il nostro complesso è ben gestito e gestito professionalmente con il responsabile del sito. Area barbecue con grill a gas, tavolo da picnic. Siamo spiacenti, gli animali domestici e il fumo non sono ammessi. La piscina è aperta dal Memorial Day fino al Labor Day.
Nuota nella spiaggia dell'oceano direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dal complesso o nuota nella nostra piscina esterna riscaldata stagionale. Cucini dentro, bbq fuori o cenare fuori .... soggiorno locale o facile viaggio ad altri punti di interesse. La nostra posizione ti offre così tante scelte per goderti la tua vacanza ......

Quick getaway

The property was very clean which I appreciate. I was on the first floor and could hear the people above moving furniture so maybe next time I would get a second floor condo. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Perfect little getaway!

We just wanted a quick getaway before school starts & this was perfect! It was great to have the pool & ocean steps away. Liz checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction (and it was). This was our 1st time using Vrbo & will def. do again! :)

Great stay!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! The space was perfect for what we needed and in a great location. The condo was clean and the property was well kept. Having the pool and beach was the best of both worlds! The owner was wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Will be back for sure!

Great place in a convenient location.

Great unit in a convenient location. Heated pool is a huge bonus if you have kids that like to swim. Owner was great to work with. Be advised that towels/linens do not come standard. The owner was nice enough to provide a remedy. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Amazing Condo in Amazing Location

Everything about our stay here was incredible. The condo was the perfect size and everyone was super helpful and friendly. There was a cute restaurant less than 100 ft down the road, and the best part was how close to the beach this place was. All we had to do was step outside, cross the road and we were there. I can’t wait to book another stay next year!!

Anniversary/Birthday getaway

We enjoyed our stay we had what we needed at this location in Dennis Port. It was near everything that where we were going, Lots of good places to go out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And the Owner was very nice and informative about our directions and kept us updated about our arrival. We would recommend this place.

Liz has a great rental property. Location is the best! Right across the street from the beach and right out of the condo door is the beautiful and immaculate in ground pool. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Nice place to stay! Clean, cute, easy!

Don’t let the buildings’ exterior fool you. Outside looks a little dated, but inside was nice, clean and comfortable. Owner and condo management reached out in advance to make sure we were set. Had no issues. Beach is right there. Small beach, but very convenient. Would strongly recommend.

Nice location. Set back from road. The place was cozy. Rooms and kitchenette nice size.

Although I had three grown children with me we fit into this little condo now very nicely the kitchen was very functional we did breakfast and lunch there and ate dinner out at restaurants which were all pretty centrally located. The place was clean well maintained and had a nice feel to it I would definitely recommend this property

Great stay in Dennisport the condo was perfectly located across from the beach.

The condo is perfect for a quiet beachside break. Lots of amenities and a fully equipped kitchen all you need for a relaxing holiday on the Cape.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time and a perfect stay. The unit was perfect for our needs, spottlessly clean and Liz was always just an email away and always responded promptly if I had a question. We only prepared breakfast in the unit but it was equipped with everything that you needed. We especially enjoyed the short walk across the street to enjoy the beach. I will say that if you do not like a firm mattress an inexpensive egg crate foam topper would benefit you, I did not mind the firmness but my husband prefers something a little more cushiony due to back issues. We would definitely stay again. The one thing that we liked the most was the central location. It was so convenient for our travels, we were only on the Cape for 5 days but due to the location we were able to see and do so much. Thank you Liz for sharing your unit with us and especially for making sure our stay was as nice as possible.

I loved it

The place is very inviting .. just a few steps from the beach and wonderful people that work there and own the properties .. the only thing I would change would be leaving the pool open longer ..6pm is too early .. my girls would of loved it open longer

I grew up on Keuka Lake, one of the Finger Lakes of New York and now I am very lucky to be able to live here on the Cape year round. We love fishing, clamming and the beach! We take pride in our property and want you to feel comfortable and right at home. Because we are here on the Cape, we are close by if you need us and there is also a property manager on site.
