In this case, we exchanged extensively before the stay and even arranged a cake to help celebrate family milestones, as creating a welcoming experience is important to us. The chalet is equipped with three cameras located in the parking area, the garage, and the living room, intended for security when the property is unoccupied. Guests are informed that indoors camera can be unplugged during their stay. Our offer does not include made-up beds, and bed linen is provided as an optional service. The reservation was initially made for fewer guests than actually stayed, and no additional charges were applied. As the chalet is located in the mountains, water pressure can be lower due to altitude, although multiple water heaters ensure continuous hot water. Regarding check-out, the departure time was set to 9:00 AM on all other platforms. At the time of this stay, an incorrect 10:00 AM time was displayed on Abritel. As soon as we were informed, we notified the housekeeping team, who arrived slightly earlier than expected. The check-out time has since been aligned on Abritel. Requesting end-of-stay photos is a common practice intended to protect both guests and owners. We remain committed to offering a clear, welcoming, and comfortable stay.
