This typical house named Les Acacias is over 96m² on a closed and secure plot of 450m². It has ground floor with 2 double bedrooms (2x140) and upstairs, 2 twin bedrooms (2x2x80) that can accommodate up to 8 people.



The living area consists of a TV lounge space with WiFi connection, a new open kitchen (11/2023) equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (ceramic hob, integrated hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, raclette party). An independent toilet and a bathroom with an Italian shower and laundry area (hairdryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron) complete the ground floor. Upstairs, you will have a second bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet.



For maximum comfort, you can secure your bicycles or park up to 4 cars in the enclosed area. A ping pong table, a charcoal barbecue, and garden furniture are provided.
