This was the first time we stayed there. It was perfect for our family, on the ground floor right on the beach! Room was exceptionally clean stocked and beautifully furnished. We will definitely come back and stay in unit two!

fun time!

GREAT place right on the beach!! Loved everything about this place. Bunks are probably only suited for children or smaller people, king bed was super comfy, and the condo had everything we needed for meals, and food storage! I will book here again!

Our stay was amazing! The place was amazing. Everything it said it would be. We had an issue with our door and the staff was very helpful and it was addressed and fixed the next day!

Loved it

Family Thanksgiving reunion every year at Latitude for the past 12 years. What's not to love!! Perfect accommodates for our large family, with 5 ppl in each of 5 units, it's how we do Thanksgiving!!

Long weekend stay

Second time at Latitude 29, first time in room #2. We truly enjoyed our stay! Weather was perfect and we loved that the room was lower level- made it very easy with kids. The room needed a few upgrades…the sofa bed was not very comfortable at all, the back door lock was broken and took some wiggling to make it lock correctly, we noticed some standing water inside the dishwasher, and lastly; we would have loved to have a washer/dryer. The last room we stayed in had one so we just assumed all of the rooms at Latitude 29 had them, but they don’t. Overall, we enjoyed it and we will definitely be back.

Kerry, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your overall enjoyable stay in this individually owned one-bed, two-bath ground floor unit. We apologize for any disappointment or discomfort experienced. We would have been more than happy to send someone to assess the lock and dishwasher had we been made aware during your stay. A washer and dryer are not listed as amenities for this unit. We will forward your comment regarding the sleeper sofa to property managers so that they may provide any suggestions to the owner of this rental. It would be their decision to replace such a piece. Great Stay

Complex is great!! Great views and perfect access to the pools/hot tube and beach. Stay on the 1st floor otherwise you will have to walk around the complex and up stairs to access your unit. This unit was great for the most part. Wish they would have at least had some salt and pepper. Pretty bare on essentials. We couldn't get our bedroom tv to work. There was a chair in the living room that had an existing metal piece sticking out. The beach was clean and not over crowded. We could see the flag alerts clearly. Great sunset views! Felt safe and slept comfortably.

Had a short stay and this place and it was great. Kids loved the bunk beds and pool area.
