Le Primpiolet is a penthouse apartment  for 9 with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

This contemporary property takes up the whole third floor of the building, and is served by a lift, making it accessible for those with limited mobility.

It's in a great location too, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre, the ski school and in the summer, a wonderful natural swimming lake where the water is filtered by aquatic plants!

The spacious living area has doors to a sunny balcony and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. The four bedrooms are off the sides of the apartment, under the eaves. There are three double rooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms, and a room with three single beds which is perfect for children.

This well-planned apartment has everything you need for a mountain holiday - including a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc! Combloux has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, with more in nearby Sallanches.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

Gorgeous home & stunning views

The home and surroundings were absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Layout of the home was great for our 2 families to have adequate space together and apart. Cleaning supplies were adequate for our stay and toiletries were enough to get us started. Kitchen basics as well as complimentary beverages provided were a very welcoming touch. Beds were comfortable with plenty of warm blankets. The Mountain View from the living area was spectacular! Overall, a wonderful stay in a wonderful area.

An Unforgettable Stay with a View of Mont Blanc

We had a lovely week at this chalet. The location is fantastic, and the view of Mont Blanc is amazing—you could sit for hours just looking at it from the balcony. The chalet itself is top quality, and everyone in the group agreed that although the pictures make it look great, it’s even better in real life! The host was friendly and available if we needed anything. Thoroughly recommend!

Le chalet est très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien. Il est bien situé à quelques mètres de la navette pour se rendre sur le front de neige. La literie est incroyablement confortable ! Tout est réuni pour un séjour parfait. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce logement. Sans oublier cette vue magique sur le Mont Blanc.

Appartement idéal et très proche village

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement très bien décoré, équipé et très propre. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve et reviendrons avec plaisir. L’appartement est en outre très spacieux avec des places de parking adaptées, y compris pour de gros véhicules (et le garage couvert également). Village accessible à pied facilement. Merci aux propriétaires et à la conciergerie qui a été très professionnelle.

Super semaine dans ce magnifique appartement, aussi beau que fonctionnel. L’appartement était parfaitement propre et conforme à la description. Cuisine très équipée (et la plancha à l’extérieur est un vrai plus), chambres spacieuses et accompagnées de belles salles de bain. Magnifique vue sur le Mont Blanc et proche du centre. Grande télé et canapé confortable pour profiter des soirées après de belles balades dans la région. L’accueil et le départ faits par une dame chaleureuse étaient top aussi. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour de montagne parfait pour les groupes

Une location parfaite pour un groupe assez nombreux (nous étions 7 adultes + un enfant de 5 ans + un bébé de 6 mois). Les espaces sont très bien agencés de sorte que les chambres sont relativement indépendantes. De la terrasse, la vue sur le Mont Blanc est splendide. Le chalet est en contrebas de Combloux et les commerces sont proches (après une petite montée quand même). Le plan d'eau à proximité est idéal pour les enfants quand il fait chaud. Je recommande cette location très propre, claire et spacieuse, dotée d'un équipement complet et moderne (et une vaisselle de bon goût).
