SHORT INTRODUCTION
Set in an architectural prize-winning building, this modern Barcelona apartment beauty has impressive detail throughout. Ceiling-to-floor sloped windows, wood floor and other soft designer textures accentuate this spectacular space. It is cozy and welcoming but with a very hip, urban edge.

Design enthusiasts and those looking for that modern Barcelona feel will love the apartment. However, high-comfort and proximity to the Sagrada Familia suits all tastes.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOCATION

The apartment sits in a sought-after, historic neighbourhood. The Sagrada Familia cathedral, Barcelona's defining monument, is literally a few streets away. Eixample Dreta district is famed for its buildings with grand, balconied façades and it's full of shops, bars and restaurants.

In just a short stroll through these beautiful streets you will arrive right at the centre, the fashionable Passeig de Gracia, Ramblas boulevard, Plaza Catalunya and all of Barcelona's popular attractions. Nearby metro station: Tetuan (L2, purple line), Monumental (L2, purple line), Girona (L4, yellow line).

LIVING AREA

In the bright and spacious open lounge there is 1 sleeper sofa, a giant floor lamp, a modern cabinet, an audio-visual station and lots of light from its huge sunny windows. A dining suite consists of a table and seating for 5.

BED AND BATHROOM

The master bedroom has 1 designer queen size bed, night-tables, lamps and closet space. A second bedroom has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and lots of natural light. In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 1 double bed.
The complete bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

KITCHEN

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the cool kitchen is also equipped with: Refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, hob stove and oven, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and coffee machine. The bar counter with barstools overlooks the street and is an extra space to dine and socialize.

This apartment also includes:

Hot/cold air conditioning, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing equipment TV/DVD/CD, double glazing, modern security system with interphone, bed linens and towels are provided, babycot and baby chair available.

PARKING.

A wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean, bright and comfortable and also a great location for a week of walking through this beautiful city. Jose met us at the apartment and was very helpful with maps and information. We highly recommend staying here!

This apartment is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, where the only sounds were the joyful children in the school playground below.Jose was a wonderful host, full of great information about the neighborhood and the city. The apartment had everything we needed, and the washing machine was a bonus. The kitchen is quite dated, but everything worked fine, and we were content to enjoy the area restaurants for our meals. I definitely recommend booking with Jose!

Great location and Jose was very helpful. He gave us recommendations on restaurants, overview of getting around Barcelona, and even helped arrange taxi service to get to the airport. Apartment had everything we needed and then some things we didn't expect.

We spent 5 days in Barcelona in late September, 2015 and had a wonderful time. This apartment was in an excellent location/neighborhood, with great restaurants and access to everything, including the City Tour Buses and with many major sights within walking distance. We hope to go back someday and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, excellent host

I spent several days in this apartment with my daughter. The location is excellent. Jose was wonderful with his recommendations. There are various restaurants located within a block of the apartment. Tourist destinations are close to the apartment.

Nice but small

Apartment is very nice but a little too small for 4 people. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything, very convenient. Public parking recommend by the host, not too far, not too expensive. Host very accommodating, very friendly and nice. We had a great time.

Best choice for Barcelona apartment stay.

Couldn’t be better. Lovely neighborhood close to everything. Clean, safe, relatively quiet. Everything you need within a short walk: grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, metro. Jose super helpful host makes everything easy.

Great location, wonderful host!

The apartment was perfect for our family’s stay in Barcelona. Jose was a gracious host, who met us when we arrived and gave us a map with some recommendations for the neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was incredibly convenient to tourist sites and public transportation. AC and WiFi worked well, although we only had the AC on a couple of times. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Barcelona Stayover

We spent 2 days in the city after a cruise and before returning to Canada. The apartment was very cozy and the location was perfect. Many restaurants, cafes and stores all within walking distance. Great property with access to the heart of Barcelona

We were very pleased with this property, well laid out and spacious for our family of four, with great access to key streets, parking, metro, bus and close proximity to important Barcelona attractions. Calm authentic family neighborhood convenient to everything with an excellent host

Jose was very communicative, his apartment was very well maintained with everything we needed, and the location was convenient to public transit. But most impactful for our family was experiencing a real neighborhood feel there. My children loved the view from the breakfast bar of the courtyard, there were walkable grocery stores and playgrounds, and we were able to slow down and relax some in this location. Jose gave us a great orientation to the area, and his place was perfect for a stay of a few days. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona

A friend and I stayed at Jose's apartment for 3 nights. He greeted us at the apartment entrance, pointed out the nearby grocery store and ATM, and gave us a ton of great info about the city. I especially liked how the apartment was in a quiet, clean area of Barcelona, but near the action so we could easily get out and party. I'd definitely stay here again! Thanks Jose.

Why they chose this property

I bought this apartment in 1997, and it was my own home during 8 years. Because family was increasing i need to change to another apartment bigger, but in the same area that was the area that i like to live. I filled a bit nostalgic to leave the appartment as a my own home.
Since them i have been renting the apartment for tourist and professional reasons. As the experience has been so good for clients and for me. Later i decided to by four additonal appartments in the same building and for the same reasons.
