Charming fully renovated studio with sunny colors that perfectly reflect the spirit of the French Riviera.
Ideally located, it’s perfect for couples, friends, business travelers, or anyone looking to make the most of their stay in Cannes.
All the main attractions are within walking distance: the train station is just a few minutes away, as are the Palais des Festivals, Le Suquet, the Croisette, the port and beaches, as well as shops and restaurants.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

The studio is on the ground floor of a small quiet building, offering an independent entrance, to guarantee you peace and autonomy. Inside, you will discover a warm relaxation area with a large corner sofa, a 4K TV and high-speed Wi-Fi thanks to optical fiber. Reversible air conditioning ensures optimal comfort throughout the year.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, and the accommodation also has a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. The sleeping area, meanwhile, is equipped with a large double bed and a wardrobe to store your belongings. The bathroom is spacious with shower of WC. Linen and towels are included.
