Gîte, in the small village of Pardailhan, located on the Plateau du Haut Languedoc in a private property of 7000m² with trees, in the middle of the vineyards of St Chinian and Minervois.
Possibility of walks in a magnificent environment, sea 50 kms, access to multiple rivers allowing swimming as well as a large number of exceptional sites (villages, gorges, etc).
This cottage consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 terraces one to the east and the other to the south.
At your disposal, access to the private swimming pool as well as the PoolHouse with bar, various sports equipment (treadmill, elliptical, etc.), Private parking.
Linen is provided (sheets, towels, pool towels, dish towels, etc.)
